CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our products are fragile and charged on order, we follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

               

REFUND POLICY

The Bliss Store adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

               

RETURN POLICY

Since our products are carefully packed and are charged with intentions during shipping, we follow a NO RETURN POLICY. 

However, if you still find an issue with the product, you can mail us at the.bliss.shop97@gmail.com , along with the details of your complaint. 

Our customer care team will handle the complaint accordingly.

If there is a complaint about damaged products- a parcel opening video is must. No actions will be taken if there video not submitted.
